Siane Indriani
Siane Indriani was appointed as President Commissioner of PT Pertamina Lubricants based on the Circular Shareholders’ Resolution dated March 12, 2026. She has extensive experience in media, public communications, and strategic policymaking, and is recognized as a professional with expertise in information management, public relations, and strategic issues at the national level.
Prior to serving as President Commissioner of PT Pertamina Lubricants, she held various strategic positions, including Special Staff to the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (2021–2024), Commissioner of PT IAS Property since 2023, and Commissioner and Deputy Chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) from 2012 to 2017. She began her career in journalism as a reporter before advancing to become Editor-in-Chief and News Director at Global TV and MNC News, while also contributing to the strengthening of public communications within government institutions.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from IKIP Negeri Surabaya and has completed various professional training programs in media, management, legal mediation, and human rights. Throughout her career, she has continued to contribute to promoting good governance, transparency, and impactful communication across various institutions.
R. Ardi Zulardy
R. Ardi Zulardy was appointed as Commissioner of PT Pertamina Lubricants based on the Circular Shareholders’ Resolution dated January 2, 2024.
He holds two Bachelor’s degrees: a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Development Studies from Universitas Trisakti (1992) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Management from Oklahoma City University, United States (1997). He subsequently pursued a Master’s degree in Marketing Economics at the same university.
Throughout his career, he has held various strategic positions across multiple fields, including Director of Operations at PT Pancaputra Argamandiri (2000–2005), Team Programming & Distribution Program at PT Lativi Media Karya/tvOne (2006–2009), Senior Advisor at PT Demitra Karsa Perdana (2010–2022), Advisor at PT Pemalang Batang Toll Road (2020–present), and Commissioner of PT Pertamina Patra Logistik (2022–2024).
Agus Hermanto
Agus Hermanto was appointed as Commissioner of PT Pertamina Lubricants based on the Circular Shareholders’ Resolution dated June 18, 2026. He has extensive experience in government, legislative affairs, and higher education. He is recognized as a professional with expertise in public governance, public policy, and human resource development.
Prior to serving as Commissioner of PT Pertamina Lubricants, he held various strategic positions, including Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) for the 2014–2019 period and Member of the DPR/MPR RI from 2004 to 2019. In addition, he has been active as a postgraduate lecturer at several leading public and private universities since 2014. In recognition of his service and dedication, he was awarded the Bintang Mahaputera Nararya Medal of Honor in 2020.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Science and Technology (ISTN), a Master’s degree in Management from the Indonesian Institute for Entrepreneurship Development (IPWI), and a Doctorate in Administrative Sciences from Universitas Brawijaya, Malang. He was also inaugurated as a Professor at Universitas Negeri Semarang in 2019. Throughout his career, he has continued to contribute to promoting good governance, strengthening public policy, and advancing higher education.
Romy Marcandi
Romy Marcandi was appointed as Commissioner of PT Pertamina Lubricants based on the Circular Shareholders’ Resolution dated June 18, 2026. He has extensive experience in the management of state-owned enterprises, corporate governance, and strategic policymaking. He is recognized as a professional with expertise in corporate development and performance management.
Prior to serving as Commissioner of PT Pertamina Lubricants, he held various strategic positions, including Director of SOE Performance Policy since 2026, Senior State-Owned Enterprise Governance Specialist at the Deputy Assistant for Telecommunications and Media Services (2021–2026), Supervisory Board Member of Perum Jasa Tirta II (2020–2025), and Commissioner of PT Pengembangan Armada Niaga Nasional (2017–2020). These roles have strengthened his expertise in corporate governance and strategic policy development within the state-owned enterprise sector.
He studied at the State College of Accountancy (STAN), earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar, and a Master’s degree in Management from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta. Throughout his career, he has continued to contribute to strengthening corporate governance, improving organizational performance, and developing strategic policies.
